Make Room for Mushroom Tea
I am a big fan of organic teas. Mainly because they are known to not have side effects and the benefits are long term. One hot cup of the organic herbal tea first thing in the morning is said to support with weight loss and cleaner teeth.
Try these simple recipes to acquire the Mushroom Tea taste:
Chaga Mushroom Chunks Chai
What you need(2 cups tea):
2 to 3 Chaga mushroom chunks or 2-3 teaspoons of powdered chaga
Little more than 2 cups Water
Sugar to taste
2 to 3 Cardamoms
Directions:
Simmer the mushroom chunks/powder in water for about 10 min. It is typically not advised to boil them. Add sugar and heat for some more time. In the end, crush 2 to 3 cardamoms and add to the tea for additional flavor. Brew it for 5 more minutes. Filter through a strainer and then serve the tea. The filtered mushrooms can be refrigerated and used again.

Mushroom Powder Tea
What you need(2 cups tea):
1 tbsp Chaga mushroom powder
Little more than 2 cups Water
Sugar to taste
1/4 tsp ground Ginger
Directions:
Heat water in a pot and add the Chaga mushroom powder to it. Add sugar and then bring it to boil. For more flavor, add ground ginger into it. But be careful, ginger can be hard on the stomach if added too much or taken too frequently. If your purpose for brewing this mushroom tea is for its inflammatory quality then ginger is certainly not advised. If you add ginger, brew the tea with it for 5 more minutes. Strain the tea and serve it hot.

Daily consumption of mushrooms aids to prevent several types of flu. This tea can sometimes have anti-cancer qualities and is therefore advised occasionally during chemotherapy.
