Keto-Friendly Avocado Smoothie

Makes: 1 large or 2 small smoothies

Prep time: 5 minutes

  • ½ Avocado

  • ½ small cucumber, about 6 oz

  • 8 oz. unsweetened oat or almond milk

  • Large handful baby spinach, about 3 oz.

  • 1 scoop Teaveli Barley Grass Powder

  • 1 tsp. matcha powder

  • 8-12 drops stevia, to taste

Chop the avocado and cucumber into small chunks

Place the spinach and & avocado or oat milk into a blender, and blend until completely smooth. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend again.

Serve immediately, over ice if desired.
