Banana & Greens Smoothie
Makes: 1 large or 2 small smoothies
Prep time: 5 minutes

8 oz. coconut water

1 cup kale leaves, ribs removed, about 2 oz

Large handful of baby spinach, about 3 oz.

1 banana
- ½ of a small cucumber, about 6 oz

Juice of half a lemon

1 scoop Teaveli Barley Grass Powder

1 T. honey, optional
Chop up the banana and cucumber into small chunks.
Place the kale and spinach in a blender with the coconut water & blend until completely smooth. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend again.
Serve immediately, over ice if desired.
