A great combination of immunity building recommended vitamins (Vitamin C, L Lysine & Zinc) in one easy to swallow capsule. After this 2020 experience with the covid virus, we should all do more in the present and future to boost our immune systems with healthy food, exercise, sunshine and supplements. I would definitely recommend this brand as an immunity booster.

I decided on these mainly for the zinc and vitamin C, but do understand that the elderberry helps as well. I have a thing with allergies and zinc sometimes helps slow down the runny nose. Also we all know whats going on in the world and any extra immune support is a bonus to me. Going to have to invest in a few more bottles as I do notice breathing trough my nose at night is much nicer. As with all my other reviews on supplement and like type health and body items. Not everyone will have the same response and if unsure follow the directions on the bottle including talking to your medical provider before trying anything new. overall I have had a good experience and recommend this to anyone who is already taking this or something similar.
