Procedure:

Heat coconut milk in a pot and add golden milk powder after it comes to boil. Leave the flame to low and start adding the ripped open seeds from Cardamom. It’s up to you to add some more of Cinnamon or any other complementary spice of your taste. Golden milk when heated and mixed with such flavors as this becomes interesting to kids and also patients who are hesitant to try it out.

Traditionally Golden Milk is known to be anti-inflammatory. It is a great remedy to the common cold. It clears the skin from inside. 2. GOLDEN CHILLER

 

Ingredients needed:

  • A cup of milk
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp Teaveli golden milk powder
  • Pinch of ground ginger
  • A scoop of vanilla ice cream

Procedure:

Chill the ice cream in a freezer before starting with the procedure to blend the milkshake. Now, put the milk and the money and start the blender. Honey is a healthy and tasty alternative to sugar. Now add some ground ginger and blend some more. Ginger, though already a part of the Teaveli Golden Milk Powder, has to be added to fresh slices as well here. Adding some fresh ginger is optional, but it enhances the dominance of the great yellow healing spice in this milkshake.

We used a simple vanilla ice cream but choose a flavor that suits you. A warning - not all flavors go easily with a tinge of turmeric. Mint or vanilla favors would be a safe and tasty bet, we think.

 3. GOLDEN MILK TREATS

 

Ingredients needed:

  • A cup of oat flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • A cup of milk
  • 1 tsp Teaveli golden milk powder
  • 1/2 cup applesauce
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 1 tbsp honey

Procedure:

Mix coconut and oats flour in a bowl along with Teaveli golden milk powder and add some honey to sweeten. This recipe can’t be adapted to a different flour because the health factor will really get lost if done so. Plus most of the other flours will need cooking whereas this one consists of oats and coconut flours that are not required to be cooked.

Heat some butter with the applesauce and pour into the flour mixture. This is where the taste lies. And this is why a sugar addition is omitted. Though applesauce used here has no sugar, the fruit itself provides the required sweetness and stickiness for the golden milk bites to ball up together. Now, pour milk to blend the mixture well and make the density such that they could be rolled into small balls for a bite at a party or a gathering. Cool the golden milk treat balls in a refrigerator before serving.
